What AI rollout includes

AI policy and tool assessment

Selection of AI tools, a binding policy for how the team uses them, reviewed data processing agreements with the vendors.

Automation and custom AI systems

Built with selected providers, always under a data processing agreement per Art. 28 GDPR: workflows automated, custom AI tools built, not just advised on.

Staff training

Trained, documented, repeated: how the team uses AI tools becomes provable, not left to chance.

What data protection requires for AI tools

Anyone feeding personal data into an AI tool is, as a rule, engaging a processor. Art. 28 GDPR requires:

  • a contract or another legal act binding the processor (Art. 28 (3) GDPR),
  • written form, which may also be met in an electronic format (Art. 28 (9) GDPR),
  • covering subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing, types of data and categories of data subjects,
  • plus the processor duties: processing only on documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, deletion after the end of the service.

We settle this before rollout, not after. A tool goes live once the legal basis, the contract and the records entry are in place.
